I have purchased probably two hundred cells from ML Solar, all through eBay, over several months. Each shipment (as few as 20 to as many as 80) have arrived nicely packaged and without a single broken cell. I have purchased both tabbed and untabbed. I live in Washington State. The flux pens are of good quality. The diodes test out fully functional using my multi-meter. I recently completed a panel made up of 38 cells, each individual cell was 3x6 inches in size. Total voltage output during a sunlit day was 19.6 volts, and it charged my 12v deep cycle battery (type 27M) relatively quickly. I do not recall purchasing any cells offered on Amazon as of yet, but directly from ML Solar, I have been pleased. I also bought some from another supplier in China, and they too came unbroken and well packaged. I will buy from ML Solar again.

The description said refurbished product, but the cells that I received today were a broken mess. I might be able to use them, but I doubt the time and effort I put into the panel will be worth it. I don't recommend this product.

the kit came with no instruction or information on how to construct a pannel and wire it up and how to use the end producet, if I had not had a video from Green DIY engergy IT would have been a lost of money. JERRY.
