product came damaged

product itself is good if it would have not arrived damaged. Both legs where the caster wheels bolted to were all bent up. Took some hammering to get them where they need to be and works fine now. Catch funnel at the top of the unit where it mounts to the extension pole was also bent and cant be straightened so it is tilted to one side enoungh that when i use the transmission drain tray i purchased seperately it wants to slide off making a big mess a possibility. Did not contact amazon because it was damaged by the light weight box they shipped it in so i would have just had the same problem with the next one anyways.

Just my luck...

The delivery arrived like a torn wet paper bag. The product of this sizeshould at least use double wall cardboard box or double boxed. Straps or some heavy duty fiber reinforced tapewould of been a plus! What I received was a 60lb package in a paper thin box held together with regular packaging tape that was torn to pieces & missing half the parts needed to assemble this unit. Going to keep ordering one after another till I receive a good one.... thank you free shipping and returns!
