These 6x6 (156mmx156mm) Mono Crystalline solar cells have all been visually inspected and physically sorted to ensure there are NO chips or corner breakouts. There cells have NO soldering or desoldering marks either on the front or back sides of the solar cell bus bars. They have never been used before.
DIY KIT Technical Data:
I. Cells: 140 pieces plus some bonus solar cells
The standard cell specifications are the following, though the individual cells can be above or below these standards.

Open circuit voltage: 0.610v -0.621v
Short circuit current: 5.91 amp -6.12 amp
Operating voltage: 0.519 v - 0.528 v
Operating current: 5.02 amp - 5.22 amp
Dimension: nearly 6 inches by 6 inches or 156mm by 156mm
Weight: Just above 6 grams, or 0.2 oz.
II: Tabbing wires: $80 value - 420 feet of tabbing wires to connect the solar cells. Cut them into 6 inch sections to solder onto the bus bars on the cells.
III: Bus wires: $20 value - 42 feet of bus wires. Use them to connect them between the series and connect the tabbing wires ends to the junction box at the back of the panel.
IV: Flux: $7-$9 value - an easy-to-use flux pen, MADE IN U.S.A., that dispenses flux onto the bus bar or your tabbing wires without leaving a mess. It's used to aid soldering and bonding of the wires to the cells. A must have item.
V: Diodes: $6 value - 4 diodes rated at 15 amp. Best diodes on the market made by No.1 diodes manufacturer. Schottky style diodes.
VI: Junction box: $20.00 value - 1 junction box, 25 amps with 3 feet wire, US made.
