I bought 2 of these and shipping was 3-4 days, sooner than I expected. The pic is different than the actual product, but this is just what I was looking for as I plan to build a cell phone solar charger. Cells are encapsulated with two tin wires out the back of the panel. I tested open voltage in the evening sun and got 4.8V on each.
